As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, work closely with pupils to enhance their learning experience, and help create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
 
Key Duties:

• Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons
• Supporting individual pupils or small groups to achieve their learning goals
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and organisation
• Collaborating with staff to create a nurturing learning environment
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback

 
Requirements:

• A degree (essential)
• A strong interest in pursuing a teaching career
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
