Job Description
As a Complaint Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing and resolving complaints via phone and email. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complex issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Salary: £26,000 + Benefits working shift patterns between Monday - Saturday in Glasgow
Duties:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Prevent complaints from escalating further
- Meet performance targets and compliance standards
- Navigate multiple computer systems to update customer records
Experience:
- Twelve months complaints experience within a call centre.
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Communication and listening skills
- Computer literacy
