Job Description

Are you a great problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for Complaint Handlers to join our clients team and help resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

As a Complaint Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing and resolving complaints via phone and email. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling complex issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Salary: £26,000 + Benefits working shift patterns between Monday - Saturday in Glasgow

Duties:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
  • Prevent complaints from escalating further
  • Meet performance targets and compliance standards
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to update customer records

Experience:

  • Twelve months complaints experience within a call centre.
  • Ability to adapt and learn
  • Communication and listening skills
  • Computer literacy
