Cactus Search are delighted to be supporting this long-standing business within their marketplace in their search to bring on board an experienced Complaints & Escalations professional in the Complaints Manager role.

The Complaints Manager will be overseeing formal complaints across the UK operation, whilst also managing a team of 2 to achieve this.

You will be a guide to the wider contact centre operation and its colleagues on complaints related issues, taking hold of escalations to achieve the desired outcome for all involved.

What we need you to have…

• Proven & strong background in complaint management, customer service and resolution
• People management experience
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Analytical and investigating expertise
• Coaching skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
