What you’ll be doing as Head of Ops Data, Capacity & Insights
In this role, you’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality data, performance reporting and optimised capacity planning. By collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders, you’ll drive business transformation through data, forecasting and system improvements. Additionally, the role involves being a key contributor to the monthly, quarterly and annual budget cycles.
- Lead data acquisition activities, collaborating with the digital team to provide business-ready data.
- Ensure the delivery of business, customer and regulatory performance reporting to guide decision-making across the business.
- Develop and optimise workload demand and capacity plans for both short- and long-term goals.
- Lead the Product Owners to drive technological solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer service.
- Oversee the Process & Systems Excellence team to optimise technology platforms used across Operations.
What you should bring to the role
To succeed in this role, you will need proven leadership experience, a strong history in data and performance management, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives within an operational environment.
- A degree qualified in a STEM subject is desirable.
- Experience leading functions that provide data services, particularly in performance reporting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
- Strong leadership skills within an operational environment and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Demonstrable expertise in implementing and improving forecasting, scheduling, and planning processes.
- Proven ability to lead technology projects and drive business outcomes through strategic planning and process optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate key messages.

- Competitive salary from up to £85,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
- 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
