Location: Ivybridge | Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexible for the right candidate) | Type: Temporary to Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
• Managing documents and data entry with high accuracy, ensuring compliance and professionalism at every step.
• Handling sensitive information with confidence and care—ideal for someone with experience in medical or legal administration.
• Using your organisational skills and problem-solving mindset to help the team succeed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in administration, ideally in a medical or legal setting.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Bonus points if you’re familiar with medical terminology!
