We're on the lookout for motivated and reliable General Assistants to join our dynamic team with the world’s largest provider of airline catering and in-flight services. This is your chance to be part of an essential team that helps deliver exceptional in-flight experiences.

About the Role:
As a General Assistant, you'll play a key role in our production area, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of catering equipment and food items. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing trollies and equipment, ensuring a spotless environment.
• Removing food and waste from equipment and keeping the area tidy.
• Handling packed food and meal preparations, including packing condiments and essentials for flights.
• Ensuring goods are inspected for prohibited items and damages.
• Completing necessary paperwork to maintain quality standards.
• Cleaning of the canteen area and toilets

You’ll also be working in a chilled environment, so it’s essential to be prepared for this.

• Consistent work hours with a 4-on, 2-off rota (an average of 40 hours per week), with shifts between 07:00 – 22:00.
• After just 12 weeks, you’ll be eligible to transfer to a season contract until 31st October 2025.

• No prior experience necessary – just a strong work ethic, 100% attendance, and a team-first attitude!
• The ability to handle pork and alcohol products.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and able to work in a chilled environment.
• Clear background checks including a 5-year reference check and a DBS (criminal background) check.
