Are you a positive, motivated, and proactive individual seeking your next opportunity? Our growing client is looking to welcome two General Operatives to their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. As a General Operative, you will play a key role in the smooth running of business operations.
 
Location: Loughborough 
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm, Friday 6am-4pm
Pay rate: £12 per hour
 
Key responsibilities:

• Handling materials manually, including sorting and selecting items.
• General cleaning duties of both the site and plant.
• Monitoring and weighing stock with precision and accuracy.
• Operation of a Forklift Truck to Support with loading/unloading and movement of goods or materials.
• Perform general tasks as required to support the team and meet business needs.

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• A proactive and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic.
• FLT Counterbalance licence is required.
• The willingness to learn, up skill, and develop within the role.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills is essential.
