This highly reputable West Sussex based firm is looking for an additional fee-earner (Solicitor/ CILEX) to join its sizeable Private Client department.

THE FIRM:
This local law firm prides itself on its high levels of repeat business and referrals, with client care at the heart of what it does. The firm boasts a wealth of expertise and provides excellent legal services and solutions across a range of sectors with the focus being Private Client, Residential Conveyancing and Family Law.

The Private Client department is currently a team of 14 and is going through a period of growth, in part due to the exceptional reputation and loyal client base the firm has established in the locality.

THE OPPORTUNITY: TRUSTS AND PROBATE SOLICITOR/ CILEX:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Trusts and Probate Solicitor/CILEX who will have experience of:
• Probate and Estate Administration
• Intestate Estates
• Trusts, including tax principles affecting trusts upon creation and throughout their lifetime.
• Life Interest and Discretionary Trusts

THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants should:
• Have 3+ years of PQE in a relevant area, with STEP membership (or willingness to work towards it) being advantageous but not essential
• Be a team player
• Be adept at managing a diverse client base, including older clients and high-net-worth individuals
• Possess strong IT skills, a proactive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Be confident working independently
