Commercial Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive remuneration package – This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join the growing Business Team a regional Legal 500 firm. JOB REF:9179.

• This firm is forward thinking and innovative and this role will include advising on emerging technologies and related legislation.
• The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Commercial and undertake a broad range of commercial work for businesses, charities, SMEs and privately owned businesses, and multi-nationals.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years’ PQE with significant previous commercial law experience.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting all forms of commercial agreements and terms, creating bespoke agreements and licences, advising on IP and IT issues, providing advice and documentation on data protection and providing corporate support
• You must be confident managing your own caseload, developing strong working relationships with other teams and engaging in business development.
