Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £Competitive remuneration package on offer - My client is currently seeking a talented and motivated solicitor to join their Corporate & Commercial Team. If you have at least 4 years of experience managing a full caseload of corporate commercial work, we want to hear from you! JOB REF: 9118.

As an Associate Solicitor in this Corporate & Commercial Team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial legal matters. You will provide expert legal advice to sole traders, partners, directors, and shareholders, ensuring that their business needs are met efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a full caseload of company commercial work, including advising sole traders, partnerships, directors, and shareholders on a variety of matters.
• Provide legal support on business formations, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, partnership disputes, and commercial contracts.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent levels of client care.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated solutions for clients.
• Contribute to business development and marketing efforts to grow the team and firm’s presence in the market.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• At least 4 years’ post-qualified experience in Corporate & Commercial law.
• Proven experience managing a full caseload of company commercial matters for sole traders, partners, directors, and shareholders.
• Strong technical knowledge of corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to client service and problem-solving.
