CRIMINAL DEFENCE SOLICITOR (FTC), 3 + PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER/ HYBRID, £35,000 – £50,000. A busy regional firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor for a period of 12 months. •The appointed solicitor will offer clients comprehensive legal advice, conduct thorough case analyses, and work closely with professionals, including barristers, forensic experts, and investigators.

•You will represent clients in court proceedings, including bail hearings, pre-trial conferences, and plea negotiations, while also staying current with relevant laws and legal developments.

•Applications are open to a qualified solicitor with 3 years’ PQE in a similar role and experience in criminal defence, specifically within drink driving, drug driving, fatalities, dangerous driving and speeding.

•This role is initially office based but the firm can offer hybrid working arrangements after the settling in period.
