Operations Director

This LPCB-certified fire alarm and life safety systems installer and service provider based in South London are looking to recruit a dedicate and driven Operations Director to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the operational leadership of all fire safety services, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, financial efficiency, and client satisfaction. This involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing senior teams, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery, quality and performance. Key responsibilities will be strategic leadership and team management, operational oversight and execution, project coordination and integration, client relationship building, stakeholder management, compliance and safety leadership, as well as customer, performance, people and financial management.
Candidates interested in this exciting opportunity will need proven experience of holding a senior operational management role, extensive knowledge of fire safety systems and their regulations (BS5839, BS5266, BS7671), a good understanding of service delivery within the fire industry, be a natural leader with excellent organisational skills, as well as financial acumen.
With a salary to £90,000 plus travel allowance and package, this presents an excellent opportunity to join a growing concern within the fire industry.
