Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dynamic simulation and thermal modelling using tools such as IES VE, DesignBuilder, or TAS
- Develop and implement carbon reduction strategies across mechanical, electrical, and architectural interfaces
- Support compliance reporting, including EPCs, Part L, TM54, BREEAM, and other relevant frameworks

- Collaborate with M&E teams to integrate sustainability strategies into coordinated BIM/Revit workflows
- Conduct occasional site visits to support commissioning, surveys, and performance reviews
- Present energy and carbon modelling results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior team members on sustainability and low-carbon best practices
- Hands-on technical expertise in sustainability, building services, or environmental engineering
- Proven experience with energy modelling tools (IES VE, DesignBuilder, TAS, or Excel-based calculations)
- Knowledge of UK sustainability regulations and low-carbon frameworks
- Strong communicator, able to work effectively with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors
- Comfortable balancing office-based analysis with site engagement
- BIM/Revit experience or willingness to develop these skills
- Professional accreditations (LCEA, CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant) desirable

- Engage in technically challenging, low and zero-carbon projects across multiple sectors
- Hybrid working model supporting work-life balance
- Join a pragmatic, collaborative team that values hands-on problem-solving and innovation
- Opportunity to make a tangible impact on sustainable, energy-efficient building design
