We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Laser Setter Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and setting CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Bystronic, Trumpf, Amada) to produce high-quality components to tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production drawings and specifications
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality using measuring tools
• Record production data and ensure documentation is completed accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow all health and safety protocols
• Identify and report machine or material issues to supervisors

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience as a laser operator or setter (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files
• Familiarity with different materials (e.g., steel, aluminium, stainless)
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexible and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
