Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – London – 42 – 45K  

I am currently representing an excellent mechanical company who are in need of a mechanical engineer to join a growing team within London. The position is due to sheer growth within the company who provide projects, service & maintenance contracts to a variety of gas, A/C, heating and mechanical services to high end commercial & residential clients.

PACKAGE:

• salaries from 42K – 45K  
• Van & fuel card
• Overtime – 1.5 in week & Saturdays, X2 on Sundays & bank
• Call out rota 1 in 10 - 150 pound standby – 50 pound extra for call and minimum of 4 hours
• Travel after 1 hour EW 
• 24 days holiday + bank

THE ROLE:

Looking for a Mobile Mechanical Building Services Engineer to carry out PPM’s, reactive and repair work to the following:

• Control Panels
• Pumps / Motors
• Fan Coil Units
• Fans
• Pressurisation unit
• Commercial Plantroom Maintenance
• AHU’s
• Ventilation systems
