Job Title: Coordinator - Surveying
Location: Weston Super Mare, BS24 
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours per Week: 37 hours
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Expected Length of Contract: 3 months

About the Role:
Are you looking to make a real impact in housing services? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our Property Services Surveying team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring that our systems run smoothly, manage liabilities effectively, and respond to customer concerns in a timely manner.
Each day brings a new challenge, as you will collaborate across departments to enhance communication related to repairs, maintenance, and surveying. By gathering customer feedback and using your problem-solving skills, you'll help us continuously improve the services we offer.


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Surveying function inbox, keeping it up to date and responding to queries.
• Coordinate requests for Surveying input, assigning cases to Surveyors and keeping accurate records of ongoing and completed jobs.
• Create, assign, and close CX jobs, or redirect to relevant teams as needed.
• Collate customer feedback related to damp and mould reports for internal and external delivery teams.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience working in an administrative or office-based role.
• A keen eye for detail with strong accuracy skills.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
• Experience working in affordable housing or a related field (desirable).
• The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to assess information, make informed judgments, and manage risk.
• A solid understanding of delivering front-line services in challenging environments.
• Knowledge of damp and mould issues, disrepair, and related business processes.
