Role Overview:
The school is looking for an experienced Primary SEN Teacher who is passionate about supporting and teaching students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEN education, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
We are open to taking Overseas Trained Teachers who have obtained a QTS.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons for children with SEN, meeting individual needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
• Engage with parents and external professionals for holistic support.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social and emotional development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Significant experience working with SEN students in a primary school setting.
• Proven experience in a London-based school, understanding the local context.
• Strong knowledge of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and improving outcomes for SEN students.
