Are you a skilled Civil Drainage Engineer looking for an opportunity to work on high-value residential, commercial, industrial, and retail projects? This civil and structural engineering consultancy is expanding its Civils Team and seeking a Senior Civil Drainage Engineer to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge infrastructure solutions.


You'll be part of a growing team consisting of an Associate, Principal, and Engineer, working on projects ranging from £25 million residential redevelopments to large-scale commercial schemes.

🔧 Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, design teams, and clients on a variety of projects.
  • Lead projects, ensuring successful delivery in coordination with senior engineers.
  • Technical Design Expertise:
    • Develop Civils 3D drainage models and drawings.
    • Produce AutoCAD drainage details.
    • Use MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage for system design and calculations.
    • Conduct manual calculations and work with TEDDS software.
    • Plan pavement structures and concrete joint layouts.
    • Perform cut & fill assessments using Civils 3D.
    • Use AutoTrack for vehicle tracking.
    • Develop SuDS strategies, preparing reports and submissions for RIBA design stages & Building Control.
🎓 What You’ll Need:
  • Proficiency in Civils 3D, MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage.
  • Experience in civil drainage design and working with Section 104 & 106 agreements.
