Key Responsibilities:
- Administer building contracts and prepare legal tender documentation.
- Conduct inspections of void and tenanted properties to agree on work specifications.
- Deliver a customer-focused reactive maintenance service, ensuring timely and high-quality repairs.
- Monitor and supervise contractors to achieve performance targets and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present progress and performance reports for contracts.
- Handle customer complaints and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Conduct stock condition surveys and assist in planning future maintenance programmes.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a building/surveying environment.
- Strong knowledge of statutory legislation, financial, and contractual regulations.
- Proven experience in repairs, maintenance, and contract administration.
- Budgetary management skills and experience with planned programmes of work.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations, including CDM and Asbestos awareness.
- Excellent organisational and self-motivation skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
- HNC/professional qualification in a building construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- Full driving licence and daily use of a car.

Desirable Attributes:
- Knowledge of Building Regulations, Contract Procurement, and Decent Homes Standards.
- Experience with AutoCAD and HHSRS qualification.
