Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Team Manager in Herefordshire.

Please do not apply for this role if you are not a Qualified Social Worker and are not Registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
You will be joining the Young Adults Team as a Team Manager; your main responsibilities will include:

Working with individuals with complex needs such as Learning Disability, Mental Health, Forensic and/or a combination of these needs.
Responsible for managing a Team of Social Workers.
Conducting 1 to 1 supervisions and supporting staff where needed.
Follow the council’s processes and ensure services provided are of high standard.

Essentials:

Valid Right to Work in the UK.
Hold a Social Work Degree and has completed an ASYE.
Registered to Social Work England.
Industry relevant Frontline Experience.
Up to date with industry knowledge and legislation.
Subject to a clear enhanced DBS check.
