Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for a Children Social Worker to join a Local Authority in the North Somerset area on a Locum basis.
Please do not apply for this role if you do not have a valid Right to Work in the UK, are not a Qualified Social Worker and not registered to Social Work England.

You will be:
Joining the Community Family Service; your role will be to:

Undertake assessment, planning, intervention and review (APIR) in a range of children in need cases, including child protection, care proceedings and looked after children’s cases.
They will work collaboratively with other professionals, co-ordinating or contributing to the team around the family.
Ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families, particularly safeguarding children and young people.

Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England, with an ASYE completed and 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of working within a Children’s Social Services Team.
Right to work in the UK.
