Job Description

Vox Consultants are hiring for an Adult Operation Lead to join a London Borough on a Locum basis.

You will be:
Joining the Community Mental Health Team; your role will be to:

Provide high quality assessment and treatment of service users with severe mental health problems.
The Operational Lead is accountable to Borough Director and will receive professional supervision and line management from the Community Service Manager.
The Operational Lead has overall management responsibility for the work of the team and provides a consistent, high-quality service which is recovery focused, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse community.
The Operational Lead is responsible for ensuring service delivery is of a consistently high standard and assisting the team in meeting these standards.

Essentials:

Registered to Social Work England and has completed an ASYE and has at least 3 years of Post Qualifying Experience.
The ideal Candidate will have direct experience of managing an Adult Social Work Team.
Right to work in the UK.
