Regional Service Engineer – Turkey Location: Turkey (Field-Based with Travel)

As part of this growth, we are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Regional Service Engineer to provide high-level field support and help elevate dealer performance nationwide.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who thrives in a field-based, hands-on environment, working directly with dealers, end-users, and technical teams to resolve issues, deliver training, and drive product support quality across the Turkish market.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert field technical support on LiuGong equipment to dealers and end-users
• Lead diagnostics, commissioning, and issue resolution, especially for warranty cases
• Coordinate and deliver technical training to dealer service teams
• Monitor and report product performance and technical issues to LiuGong Europe HQ
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by sharing field feedback
• Travel extensively across Turkey (up to 70%) to support regional service needs

Candidate Profile Experience & Knowledge

• 3–10 years of experience in construction or agricultural equipment support (e.g. JCB, Hidromek, CAT, CNH, SANY)
• Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, mechanical repairs, and electronics
• Experience with Tier IV or battery-electric (BEV) systems is a strong advantage

Education

• Vocational or university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support technical teams
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (Chinese is a plus)
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the region

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Net Salary: TRY 700,000 – 1,000,000 (approx. €20,000 – €30,000 depending on exchange rates)
