Care Coordinator

Pertemps Social Care are recruiting for Care Coordinators for agency contracts in Sunderland.

You'll be motivated to provide and promote high standards of customer care along with a commitment to their own personal development. You will need to work effectively as part of a team, within a multi-agency framework, providing support to team members as well as care and support to customers to achieve their maximum level of independence through appropriate physical, emotional and psychological support including intimate personal care, support with a range of health needs, practical tasks, appropriate communication and community involvement.   

This is a full time, agency contract for 37 hours per week, working alongside customers who possess a diverse range of complex needs and characteristics.
