Ehcp Co-Ordinator (SEND)

35 hours p/w, Mon-Fri

We are looking to recruit an experienced EHCP Co-ordinator To lead on the statutory process with particular reference to SEND, formulating and issuing EHCP (Education Health and Care Plans and to implement legislation arising from the Children and Families Bill.

What you need:

• A degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
• Completed relevant post-qualifying training
• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and written skills
