Immediate start
 
Milton Keynes

9.00am-6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9am-5.30pm on a Friday (40 hours)
 
£11.50 an hour Per Hour
 
Start date ASAP 1-2 months work possibly longer

If so, then this role as a Temporary Property Administrator may be the perfect fit for you.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team in Milton Keynes and will work for a renowned and respected employer. This is an exciting opportunity to help support the company’s property management division on a short-term basis.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think on their feet. The role requires excellent communication skills, the capability to work independently and the capacity to handle a high volume of work.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Carry out general administrative duties to help the property management team
  • To help clear paperwork and upload onto CRM system
  • Taking calls, emails and post
  • Update and maintain the property management database
  • Organise and manage paperwork, including filing and archiving


The successful candidate should have:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• An eye for detail
• The ability to handle a high volume of work
