The Firm

You will be joining a multi-award winning firm with a huge presence within the COP sector, with one of the largest teams in the UK. You will be surrounded by experts that put their clients needs above all. The firm heavily investments in employee well being and hold regular social nights, paid meals with the team along with so much more. 

The Role and Requirements 

As the COP solicitor you will be responsible for working on a variety of Court of Protection matters including contested, high-value matters. You should have experience with property and affairs, files of professional deputyship work, preferably including high value and complex matters

The ideal candidate should have

- 3 years' PQE
- Extensive experience of managing a caseload of Court of Protection matters
