Are you a driven, hands-on Test Manager ready to take the lead in a dynamic, purpose-led tech environment?

In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of testing across the organisations core systems - including Salesforce and various .NET and front-end applications. You’ll shape robust test strategies, lead end-to-end testing processes, and ensure that product releases meet the highest standards before going live.

 

Working closely with passionate teams, you’ll help deliver seamless digital solutions that make a difference. From developing test scripts and scenarios to maintaining defect management tools and overseeing releases, you’ll play a critical part in driving quality and innovation.

 

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement test strategies for major projects and programmes
• Design, write, and run test scripts, cases, and scenarios
• Carry out and oversee testing processes for applications including regressing testing of new releases
• Maintenance of defect management tool to track issues through to their resolution
• Coordinate all aspects of the project change and test environmental requirements
• Assess project risks, issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity quality and delivery goals
• Lead, organise, and motivate testing resources - bringing in additional support when needed
• Work collaboratively across teams, providing clear updates and resolving any issues to keep projects on track

 

What you’ll bring:

You will be an experienced Test Lead or Test Manager with experience of working in an unstructured testing environment.  You must also have:

 

• ISTQB/ISEB Foundation in Software Testing (practitioner level desirable)
• Experience of leading testing implementation projects and have hands on experience of UAT/Business Assurance testing
• Hands-on experience testing .NET or web front-end applications from both a functional and non-functional perspective
• Strong preference is for experience of Salesforce (CRM) testing
• Strong knowledge of the full SDLC and all software testing phases including system regression, integration, performance, localisation, security and UAT
• Confidence to work independently, prioritise workload, and solve problems proactively
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with a positive, adaptable mindset
