Social Worker - Adult Safeguarding Team
Pay rate: £32 Per Hour 
 
Duties Include:

• Lead on complex safeguarding cases, providing high-quality assessments, risk management, and intervention plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including health professionals, police, and other agencies, to protect adults at risk.
• Supervise and mentor junior social workers, offering guidance and ensuring best practice is followed.
• Conduct safeguarding enquiries, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements under the Care Act 2014.
• Support the delivery of person-centred care and advocate for the rights of adults, ensuring their voices are heard.
• Provide professional leadership within the team, contributing to service development and improvement.

Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker - degree obtained
2 years minimum PQE experience within adult social care team
