What You’ll Be Doing
Building strong relationships with clients and drivers, understanding their needs and matching them perfectly.

• Sourcing top talent – finding, interviewing, and placing the best candidates in roles they’ll love.
• Developing new business – creating opportunities by introducing our services to new clients.
• Visiting clients to strengthen relationships and ensure their staffing needs are met.
• Managing the full recruitment process, from first contact to job offer and beyond.

 
What We’re Looking For

• A natural communicator – you love speaking to people and building connections.
• Sales experience (B2B or B2C) and a results-driven attitude.
• A strong work ethic – motivated by success and meeting targets.
• Customer-focused mindset, always striving to deliver an outstanding service.

Where You’ll Be Based
Our bright, modern office is in Central Bristol, near Millennium Square. You’ll be part of a welcoming, high-energy team, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 – 17:00.
