Job Description
This role will focus on 2 key areas; day to day office management and overseeing all vendor and supplier relationships.
On the office management side, you will be responsible for ensuring that the office functions smoothly and efficiently daily, including all office administration, managing office facilities, meeting and greeting visitors, managing travel arrangements, supporting the Directors, taking meeting notes, and booking couriers.
You will also be responsible for negotiating, agreeing, and managing supplier contracts, ensuring the best value and quality from partners/vendors at all times, and ensuring that office and studio supplies are constantly monitored and maintained.
Applicants must have a strong office management and purchasing background, be highly organised, able to multi-task with a can-do attitude. This role requires the successful applicant to be in the client's Hertfordshire office 5 days a week.
