Job Opportunity: Social Worker – Assessment, Brokerage, and Review Team (Resilient Families Service)

Network Recruitment Wales is excited to recruit for a Social Worker position in the Assessment, Brokerage, and Review Team within the Resilient Families Service (West). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting families in the community for a 9-week contract.

Role: Social Worker (Assessment, Brokerage, and Review Team)
Location: RCT
Contract Duration: 25/08/2025 – 31/10/2025
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30)
Salary: £29.13-£38.43

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, brokerage, and reviews to support families within the Resilient Families Service.
• Work collaboratively with individuals and families to achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage a varied caseload, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be registered with Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW).
• Proven experience in social work, preferably within family or community services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a complex caseload.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, value-driven support.
