Location: Vale of Glamorgan
Contract: 10th March 2025 – 31st October 2025
Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: £12.80 - £15.43 per hour + agency support benefits

What You’ll Do:
Process and assess licence/permit applications with precision, ensuring compliance and public safety.
Handle payments, issue receipts, and manage data across specialist systems and paperwork.
Respond to queries—phone, email, or face-to-face—offering expert guidance on complex cases.
Coordinate ‘Knowledge Tests’ for taxi drivers, invigilate, and mark scripts to uphold standards.
Keep procedures and records up-to-date, collate stats, and support out-of-hours duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills: Strong admin, IT, and communication abilities with an eye for detail.
Qualities: Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn licensing processes.
Experience: Comfort with clerical tasks, customer interaction, or data management (regulatory experience a plus but not required).
Flexibility: Willing to join occasional out-of-hours responses with notice.
