Location: Monmouthshire
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Duration: 12 weeks
Pay Rate: £12.85/hour (PAYE) or £16.32/hour (Umbrella)

Network Recruitment Wales is seeking a Grounds Operative to join the Commercial & Operations team at Monmouth Depot. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support grounds maintenance and enhance local environments.

What You’ll Do:
  • Carry out grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, landscaping, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
  • Operate tools and equipment safely, with training provided as needed.
  • Work within a team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation in public spaces.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support the delivery of community-focused maintenance projects.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar roles is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to use tools and equipment safely (training provided if needed).
  • Team player with good communication skills and a commitment to quality.
  • Required Documents:
    • Proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK
    • 2 Years References/Work History
    • Confidentiality Agreement (upon offer acceptance)
    • Criminal Convictions Declaration (upon offer acceptance)
