Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Qualified Social Worker to work in a Family Support and Protection Team in Rochdale. 
Rochdale is currently in an exciting transition into the family safeguarding model.  To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with social workers under a unified management structure.  This enables a multi-disciplinary whole family response through direct assessment.  This is a really exciting time for Rochdale and we need Advanced Practitioners to support us in implementing this model.
