Pay rate £45 per hour 
Contract role 
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker for a Team Manager role in a Connected Person’s Team in Tameside.

An additional Team Manager for the Connected Persons Team to specifically manage the large number of Independent Social Workers (ISW) who are commissioned to undertake connected persons assessments. 
The role will include:

• close working with legal department
• allocation, mid point and final review with ISW's
• keeping oversight of checks and references for each case
• close working with Panel Advisor to ensure that assessments are booked into the Foster Care Panel
• for Regulation 24 assessments to ensure that the placement does not become unregulated and application for Regulation 25 extensions are processed efficiently.

Working pattern - three days on site, two days working from home - this is not negotiable
