Job Description
Pay rate up to £30 per hour
The Talent Crowd are recruiting for Qualified Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team in Bury.
Working hours 09.00 - 17.00
Access to a car
Manage duty desk within the older adult CMHT
Complete assessments in the community following new referrals
Hold a small case load for care coordination
Role is office based but includes home / care home visits to complete assessments . Flexi working can be negotiated.
