Pay rate £33.30 per hour

Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to work in a Children with Disabilities Team in Birmingham.
The Senior Practitioner will also be responsible for a caseload of children and young people with severe and profound levels of disability. Senior practitioner will complete Child and Family Assessments and supported through Child in Need Plans/CP Plans/CIC plans. The Senior Practitioner will be responsible for undertaking visits to children, young people and parents and carers; undertaking reviews; chairing and contributing to multi-agency meetings; ensuring Child Plans are SMART, meet needs and promote best possible outcomes for the child or young person and their family.
