Pay rate £42.24 per hour 
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Integrated Adolescent Team in Lewisham.
The Integrated Adolescent Service (IAS) are looking for Advance Practitioner’s to join a vibrant and innovative adolescent safeguarding service. You must be passionate about working with adolescents and have a proven track record for maintaining high practice standards. IAS is a double award-winning service that has also been commended in recent OFSTED reports. The role includes supporting and deputise for the Team Manager providing supervision, advice, mentoring and consultation to less experienced social workers and lead practitioners in the service. This will also include authorising assessments, plans and other documents and chairing meetings and discussions. You may hold or co work a small caseload working with Adolescents 11–17-year-old, at risk of extra familial harm, who go missing, on the edge of care, and those affected by youth homelessness.
