Personal Support Advisor, Nottinghamshire
Pay rate, up to £17.06 per hour

Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Personal Support Advisor to join a team in Nottinghamshire.

The post holder will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating residential and nursing care home placements for adults 65 years and over with assessed health and social care needs.
