Children’s Team Manager, Blackburn with Darwen
Pay rate, £46 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Team Manager to join a Safeguarding, Child Protection and Court Team in the Blackburn authority.

The ideal candidate will have good experience of supervising staff in a local authority frontline social work team and be required to provide the day-to-day management of a social work team of 5 - 6 workers in accordance with statutory guidance and departmental policy.
You will need to directly manage social workers and allied staff in ensuring the delivery of best outcomes to those children and young people who are ‘in need’ or at risk of harm.
You will ideally have experience of Protocol Liquid Logic system, be competent with IT and inputting, be flexible and able to come into the office as required with the expectation to be office-based 3, sometimes 4 days per week.
