Outreach Worker, Manchester City Council
Pay rate £14.72 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Outreach Worker to join a Children’s Centre Team, working across four Children’s centres in Manchester.
Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -
The ideal candidate will provide a welcoming and efficient service to all users of children’s centres within the localities of Manchester.

Has early years’ experience and knowledge of the EYFS.
Has worked with families and children under 5 and can work as part of a multi-agency team.
Can work at front line level, at a high quality and when necessary, assertively, and use a whole family approach.
Can identify packages of support to improve outcomes and support children to achieve their milestones.
Has the Ability to maintain effective systems to manage and retrieve information. Can use the computer to complete tracking of families and outcomes.
Can support families with a range of issues such as housing, child protection, onto training volunteering or work.
