Pay rate £15.29 per hour
Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced Community Care Officer in the Nottinghamshire area.

Assessment of Care
Support Assessments
Mental Capacity Assessments
Commissioning Services
Hybrid Working
Face to face visits
