Pay rate £22.98 per hour

Vitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Adults Social Worker to join a project team in Kirklees.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities: -
Currently, as part of ongoing transformation work, we are undertaking strength-based reviews for adults over 18 years living within Kirklees communities to promote their autonomy, strengths and independence.
As part of a small team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload with support and oversight from management. You will work with partners and colleagues in allied health and social care services to make a real difference to people's life.
