Job Description

SCHOOL HR & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Must have experience gained in a school or education setting and be able to achieve the required level of compliance to include an Enhanced DBS.
Lovely local school looking for an HR Assistant with school or education based experience preferably.
Must be: -
  • Used to working in a busy HR environment handling a large workload.
  • CIPD qualified or in the process of studying.
  • Capable of managing staffing processed to include recruitment, onboarding and managing school compliance.
  • A good communicator capable to working as part of team, and happy to be the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Confident using IT and associated HT technology.
  • A strong communicator, there will be a lot of phone work, so communication skills are key.
  • Able to manage a large workload and prioritise key tasks for the senior leadership team.
  • Looking to work as part of a team and happy to work on putting processes in place to manage HR activities.
  • Experienced dealing with complex data, to include logging information and providing reports.
The role is offered on a long-term basis for 4 days per week and could become permanent.
