What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Managing and processing customer orders
  • Keeping shared inboxes organised, ensuring prompt, professional communication
  • Reviewing orders for accuracy and alignment with company guidelines
  • Proactively identifying and resolving inconsistencies before processing
  • Handling multiple priorities with ease — supporting customers and processing orders
  • Learning to navigate SAP and understand the full order journey from entry to completion
  • Ensuring accurate data handling in line with GDPR and company policies
  • Keeping customer platforms updated
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
  • Experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing (SAP knowledge is a plus!)
  • Comfortable using multiple systems, platforms, and portals
