Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client in Wolverhampton on a temporary to permanent basis. If you have the required skills, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries and resolving issues related to products or orders.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update customer databases.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Manage sales contracts and other relevant documents.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers and follow up on payments.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales administration role or similar position.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
