The Role:
This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role focuses on providing tailored support to children with Autism and ADHD. Working closely with the SENCO and class teachers, you will help implement strategies to meet the individual needs of pupils, fostering their academic and social development. You will also assist with classroom activities and create a safe, supportive environment for all learners.
 
The Candidate:
This position is ideal for a Psychology graduate with a passion for supporting children with additional needs. You should be empathetic, patient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils. Previous experience in SEN support is advantageous, but your enthusiasm and commitment to helping children succeed are the most important qualities.
