Join Our Sales Team as an Internal Sales advisor – Builder’s Merchant
Are you a motivated, sales-driven professional with a passion for the construction and building industry? We're looking for a results-oriented Internal Sales advisor to join our fast-paced team at a leading builder’s merchant!

What You’ll Do:

Actively drive sales by generating quotes, processing orders, and upselling building materials, tools, and supplies to contractors, builders, and trade professionals as internal sales advisor.
Proactively follow up on leads, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers to maximise sales opportunities.
Manage customer inquiries efficiently, offering expert product advice and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business as a internal sales advisor.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong sales background with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in the building industry is a plus).
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close sales.
A good understanding of building materials, tools, and supplies (or the eagerness to learn quickly).
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer requests and sales leads.
