Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Entry Level Data Processor to join our team in Gloucester, offering a competitive salary of £25,397 per annum. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts from 07:30 to 16:30 or 08:30 to 17:30.
 
As an Entry Level Data Processor, you will play a crucial role in collating data for our prestigious national driver training contracts. You will collaborate closely with wider teams across the business to achieve contract and delivery targets. Your strong attention to detail will be essential in ensuring accurate data processing, cleaning, and interpretation.
 
At PDT, you’ll become part of our committed head office team, overseeing over thirty thousand commercial driver training courses across the UK each year. Join us in a lively and friendly environment within our newly refurbished office, complete with free parking.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and process a diverse range of data types, formats and tools.
  • Ensure highest level of data integrity and accuracy across in all projects.
  • Stay ahead of the industry trends and new technologies in the dynamic data landscape.
  • Process invoicing data and supporting data across multiple contracts
  • Collaborate and support the wider Data Compliance team
  • Ability to produce data when required for projects
GENERAL AND ORGANISATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support PDT’s mission to provide high-quality training and improved outcomes through the effective use of quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and data management.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all areas of work, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Uphold professional standards and ensure compliance with data protection legislation (e.g. GDPR), always maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Represent PDT in a professional manner and contribute to the continuous improvement of its systems, services, and culture.
  • Ensure compliance with PDT’s policies on quality, safeguarding, health and safety, and data management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in similar is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team
  • Basic - Intermediate Level in Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Software
  • A willing to learn and develop in the role
